Timing of Cancellation: The cancellation time is based on the local time zone of the Trip Provider’s location. For example, if a hotel in Nainital has a 48-hour cancellation policy, the deadline is 48 hours before the check-in time in Nainital. Please be mindful of time zone differences.
Confirmation of Cancellation: You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request has been successfully processed. Changes to Bookings: Changes to existing bookings (e.g., changing dates or the number of guests) are subject to the Trip Provider’s policy and availability. A change request may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking, which could result in cancellation fees.
