We will always display the provider’s specific policy on the booking page before you confirm your reservation. It is your responsibility to read and understand this policy before making a payment.

Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain bookings, particularly those with a discounted rate or made during peak season, may be designated as “non-refundable.” This means that no refund will be issued for any cancellation, regardless of the reason or the timing of the cancellation. This condition will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  3. Eligibility for Refund: A refund may be issued only if the cancellation is made within the timeframe and according to the conditions set by the Trip Provider’s policy and our own terms. Eligibility for a refund is not guaranteed and depends entirely on the specific terms of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Hotel Bookings_

Free Cancellation_

  • Many hotels offer free cancellation up to a certain time before check-in (e.g., 24–72 hours).

Non-Refundable Bookings_

  • If you book a non-refundable rate, no refund will be issued regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows_

If you cancel after the free period, or don’t show up for your booking, charges may apply up to 100% of the booking amount, depending on the property’s policy.

Changes to Booking_

Timing of Cancellation: The cancellation time is based on the local time zone of the Trip Provider’s location. For example, if a hotel in Nainital has a 48-hour cancellation policy, the deadline is 48 hours before the check-in time in Nainital. Please be mindful of time zone differences.

Confirmation of Cancellation: You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request has been successfully processed. The email will state the cancellation status and any refund amount that you are eligible for, if applicable. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your cancellation may not have been processed.

Refund Policy

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be calculated based on the Trip Provider’s policy.
